Alexandre Birman offers complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that all items are in their original, unworn condition with the protective film still intact on the soles. To ensure a seamless process, please utilize the prepaid shipping label included in your original shipment.
Request Authorization
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original dust bag and Alexandre Birman shoebox, ensuring the protective sole film has not been removed or damaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
